For us to be able to send your tenant's first month's rent 48 hours after the move-in date registered on the platform, we will need your Payout Methods and Billing Details.
You can set them up directly from your account on HousingAnywhere by following these steps:
Log in to HousingAnywhere
Go to Payout Settings from the drop-down menu next to your name and profile picture.
Select Payout Methods, then Add New.
Enter your IBAN or international bank details
Once you've submitted your payout method, you can select Billing Details on the left and submit your billing information.
For security reasons, you will receive a verification e-mail to confirm that you made these changes to your personal information. Click on the link in the e-mail and follow the instructions. Your details will not be saved until you have completed this step.
Once you have verified the information, your payout preferences will be saved in the system.
