If you prefer a different place than what you booked, you can ask the advertiser if they will provide you with a different one. However, please remember that not liking the place is not a valid reason for cancellation according to our Terms and Conditions, so they are not obligated to.

However, if the place differs from what was advertised, please cancel your booking within 48 hours of your move-in date in the system. We will review your case, and you will receive a refund if we find that it differs from what was advertised. You can find out more information in our Cancellation Policy.
