Unfortunately, as this incident stands, your booking with Co-liCo will be cancelled as per Co-liCo’s initiation, and the refund of all the payments you have made to the HousingAnywhere platform has been processed, regardless of your move-in date.

However, acknowledging the urgency of you finding your new home, if your move-in date is before or on 30 November, and if, by any chance, you choose to use HousingAnywhere for your new booking, the following will be provided:

  • Personalised assistance in finding a new home by a dedicated HousingAnywhere customer support team member.

  • Full waiver of the booking fee for your next booking at HousingAnywhere.
