The fee you'll pay depends on the country you're moving to.

If you're looking for a place in The Netherlands:

There is no service fee if you book a property in The Netherlands. Instead, you can buy a subscription. Read more about our subscription plans

If you're looking for a place in any other country:

It's free to search the platform, use the features, and contact advertisers. When an advertiser accepts your booking request, you pay the one-time booking fee and the first month's rent to book the place. The one-time booking fee is approximately 25%–40% of one month's rent (minimum of €165).

As we strive to keep you safe, HousingAnywhere will only transfer your first month's rent to the advertiser 48 hours after moving into your new home. If the Advertiser cancels the booking, we will fully refund the fee. If you cancel the booking, the fee is generally non-refundable. You can check our cancellation policy for more information.

This fee helps us maintain a safe and operational marketplace and entitles you to the benefits of our secure booking system. It also allows us to pay our wonderful team, who spend their time ensuring the service we offer you constantly improves.
