Starting on 1 April 2025, we’re moving to a total contract value (TCV) commission model. This update aligns our fees with the value we provide while allowing us to continue improving HousingAnywhere — so you can streamline and scale your rental business.

What’s changing on 1 April 2025?

From 1 April, our standard commission plan will change to an 8% TCV model. In France and the Netherlands, our standard commission plan will be 5% TCV.

TCV is calculated as:

Monthly rent × Rental period

We will discontinue our previous standard commission model, where commission fees were calculated as 25% of the first month's rent.

What happens to payouts for existing bookings?

Any bookings confirmed before 1 April 2025 will be paid out according to the commission plan in place at the time of booking confirmation.

Updated Terms & Conditions

We’re revising our Terms to align with the new commission model and make them clearer. By continuing to use HousingAnywhere from 1 April 2025, you agree to these updates.

What’s coming next in 2025?

We’re rolling out new features based on your feedback:

Tenant ID verification – Accept only verified tenants or request ID verification. Access their verified ID documents.

Tenant matching – Smarter matching based on data we extract from tenants’ documents and your preferences.

HousingAnywhere mobile app – Manage rentals on the go with instant notifications.

We’re also introducing new improvements for different markets and types of landlords. Look out for future updates designed to support your business.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. We're here to make this transition as smooth as possible.
