Most people will generally receive a reply from a landlord within 3 days. However, landlords often receive many messages, and unfortunately, some choose to reply to only some.
As a peer-to-peer platform, we don't mediate between the landlord and tenant as a rental agency would. Instead, we can offer you some tips if a landlord isn’t replying:
Send a gentle reminder to the landlord — we’ll ensure they receive an email notification.
When you contact landlords, make sure to talk about yourself. Tell them how great you are and what you might be like as a tenant or roommate.
Where possible, contact 5–10 landlords to maximize your chances.
