Information on average monthly active recipients in the European Union (EU):
In line with HousingAnywhere's legal obligations under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and according to Article 24 (2), online platforms are required to publish information on the average monthly active recipients (AMAR) of the service in the Union. Thus, we estimate that the AMAR of the HousingAnywhere services in the EU from August 1, 2023, to January 31st, 2024 is around 4.7M.
This is only an estimate based on the data currently available and the guidance in the DSA. The regulation requires this estimate to be displayed and may not be used for any other purpose.
We will continue to monitor any developments and will publish information on the AMARs of our service in the EU every six months following Article 24(2) DSA.
