How to mark dates as available or unavailable for bookings

On HousingAnywhere, you can use Calendar to manage all your properties' availabilities quickly.

You can change a property's availability from its Calendar, set minimum or maximum rental periods, mark dates as available or unavailable, and more.

Accessing a listing's Calendar

You can go to a listing's Calendar from 2 places:

From the Dashboard

  1. Log in to your HousingAnywhere account.

  2. Click on Go to Dashboard on the top navigation bar.

  3. On the left side panel, click on Calendar.

  4. Click on a listing to go to its individual calendar.


From the Listings page

  1. Log in to your HousingAnywhere account.

  2. Click on Go to Dashboard on the top navigation bar.

  3. On the left side panel, click on Listings.

  4. On the listing you'd like to edit, click on the 3 vertical dots to open the shortcuts menu.

  5. Click on Calendar



Changing availability

Blocking off dates

To mark dates as unavailable for bookings, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the listing's Calendar from the Dashboard or Listings page.

  2. Select the dates that you want to block.

  3. Click on Mark as blocked to save your changes.

Your listing will now only appear in search results for the dates you haven't blocked on the calendar.

Marking blocked dates as available

To mark block dates as available for bookings, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the listing's Calendar from the Dashboard or Listings page.

  2. Select the dates that you want to unblock.

  3. Click on Mark as available to save your changes.
