Universities: How does it work?

Tenants can request a booking after sending out the first message.
Advertisers can invite a tenant to make a booking.
After a request or invitation, the other side needs to accept to confirm the booking. The booking always includes the first month's rent and HousingAnywhere's Tenant Protection fee (which is 25%–40% of the first month's rent). The rent will be paid out to the advertiser once the tenant moves in; this ensures the safety of both the tenant and the advertiser.
