How to handle other payments before move-in
After confirming a booking, some landlords may ask for additional pre-move-in payments (e.g., a deposit or administrative fees).
We encourage landlords to collect these payments securely through our platform. However, some landlords have internal policies that prevent them from using our payment request feature.
If a landlord requires additional payments before move-in, they must inform you before you confirm your booking. This information is typically found in the listing description or your conversation with the landlord.
