There are two options to proceed with once you have found a tenant you wish to accept.
You can invite the potential tenant to book. Depending on the region, they will have 24 or 48 hours to pay and confirm the booking. The payment will be made to HousingAnywhere and paid out to you 48 hours after the tenant's move-in date. You can find the steps to invite a tenant to book here.
