A booking request is a proposal sent by a potential tenant. You have 48 hours to accept or decline the request. If you accept it, your tenant automatically pays the first month’s rent and your listing is booked. It’s totally up to you whether you accept or decline a booking request. You can also decline it and send back a “special offer” if the tenant’s suggested dates do not match with your needs or if you would like to offer them a different price.

You can also decline the booking request if you would like to ask the tenant more questions before accepting them. You will still be able to invite them to book or send them a special offer later if you would like to rent your accommodation to them.
