To send a payment request or payment plan (a collection of payment requests) from the conversation page, the tenant must have booked your property, i.e., paid the first month’s rent.
After logging in, go to your Messages. Find the conversation with your tenant to send payment requests. You'll see the options to Send a payment request and Create a payment plan.
