To send a payment request or payment plan (a collection of payment requests) on the conversation page, the tenant must have booked your property, i.e. paid the first month’s rent. After logging in, go to your Inbox and select the conversation with your confirmed tenant to send payment requests. 

In the system message that reads ‘Congratulations! Your place is officially booked’, you will see the options to Send a payment request and Create a payment plan.
