Canceling a confirmed stay

If you want to cancel your stay, there are specific times at which you can receive a full or partial refund. If more than 24 hours have passed since confirming your stay, your refund will be determined by the cancellation policy that applies to your rental.

Before canceling, we recommend familiarizing yourself with the cancellation policy that applies to your rental: Strict or Flexible.

How to cancel your stay

  1. On your conversation page with your landlord, scroll down until you see the summary of the property on the right side. Click the button Cancel rental.

  2. In the popup, share your reason for canceling. You can upload documents to support your reason.

  3. Click on Submit when you’re done.

What happens next?

You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation request. If we need more information, we'll get in touch.

You'll receive another email confirming whether your cancellation request has been approved or declined.
