Please note that HousingAnywhere is not committed nor obliged to use an alternative dispute resolution entity to resolve customer disputes.

If you have a dispute with your landlord or tenant, we advise you to try to resolve it amongst yourselves. If this is not possible, you can contact out-of-court dispute settlement organizations. Every country has its dispute resolution entity: some have a tenant's board or commission (e.g., for The Netherlands, it's huurcommissie.nl), and in other countries, you need to contact the national Ombudsman or their consumer rights organization or a lawyer.
