To keep improving the users' performances on the platform we charge a service fee of approximately 25% of the first month's rent for every successful booking you make. 

You don’t have to worry about paying your commission fees, as HousingAnywhere simply deducts them from the payout of the first month's rent. The VAT on commission fees will be added on top of your invoices. If you are VAT exempt, please update your billing details here.
