For properties in the Netherlands: Like most rental platforms in the Netherlands, HousingAnywhere uses a subscription model. You can purchase a subscription (starting from €26) to contact landlords. Once your subscription is active, you can send unlimited messages to advertisers during your subscription period.
For properties in other countries: Contacting landlords is free. You only pay when you are ready to book. After you submit an Apply to Rent request and the landlord confirms your booking, HousingAnywhere charges a one-time Tenant Protection fee, calculated as a percentage of your first month's rent.
