Yes, you can apply to as many places as you like. There is no limit, and you’ll only ever be charged once, as only one stay can be confirmed at a time.
Your rental will be confirmed for whichever place accepts you first. All other applications will be automatically canceled, and the landlords will be informed.
Here's an example
Say you’re interested in two places, A and B. You apply to rent A first, then apply to B.
Now, imagine the landlord for B accepts your application. Your payment will go through automatically to confirm your stay at B. At the same time, we’ll automatically cancel your application for A — so the landlord can no longer accept it, even if they want to.
Keep in mind that a rental application is an official request to rent. By entering your payment details and applying, you are committing to renting a place if the landlord accepts.
Once the landlord accepts, your payment will go through and your stay will be confirmed. For this reason, it’s important to only apply to places you really want to call home.
