Not liking the accommodation is not a valid reason to cancel the booking or get refunded. For more information about this, you can find our cancellation policy here.

If you are very displeased with the room you booked, and it is as advertised, we suggest you contact the advertiser to find an arrangement.

If the place is not as advertised when you booked it, you can cancel it within 48 hours of your move-in date, explaining the situation and any proof you have that it is different, and we will look into your case.
