If you are highly displeased with the room you booked, and it is as advertised, we advise you to contact the advertiser to find an arrangement together.
If the room is not as advertised when you booked it, you can send an email to email@example.com within 48 hours of your move-in date explaining the situation along with any proof you have that it is different, and we will look into your case.
