If you are very displeased with the room you booked, which is as advertised, we suggest you contact the landlord to find an arrangement.
If the place is not as advertised when you booked it, you can cancel it within 48 hours of your move-in date, explaining the situation and any proof you have that it is different, and we will look into your case.
