If you prefer a different place from the one you booked, you can ask the landlord if they will provide you with one. However, please remember that not liking the place is not a valid reason for cancellation according to our Terms and Conditions, so they are not obligated to.

However, if the place differs from what was advertised, please cancel your booking in the system within 48 hours of your move-in date. We will review your case, and you will receive a refund if we find that it differs from what was advertised. You can find more information in our Cancellation Policy.
