HousingAnywhere does not provide contracts to the tenant. However, having a contract between you and the tenant is highly recommended. A contract can help to protect you from any unfortunate circumstances that may arise during the rental period. We have provided sample contracts on our legal page here for you to get an idea of what you might want to have included in your contracts.
