HousingAnywhere does not provide a rental contract. However, you can ask the advertiser you will book with if they provide you with one.

A contract can protect you in case of any issues that could come up in the rental process. We have provided sample contracts on our legal page here to get an idea of what you could have included in the contract you'll sign.
