To make it easier for you to recognise a payout from HousingAnywhere, we use a descriptor in the payment reference.

The 3 components of a payment descriptor

Type of transaction — B for a booking payout, P for a payment request payout.

Settlement Reference — Related to a specific transaction and can be found in the invoice or the <a href="https://housinganywhere.com/my/payouts/history" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Transactions History</a> page.

Name of the tenant — The initial of the tenant's first name and the full last name.

2. Settlement Reference — Related to a specific transaction and can be found in the invoice or the <a href="https://housinganywhere.com/my/payouts/history" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Transactions History</a> page.
3. Name of the tenant — The initial of the tenant's first name and the full last name.

The descriptor currently has a limit of 21 characters.

For booking payouts: <code>HA.B2100000000.JDoe</code> For payment request payouts: <code>HA.P2100000001.JDoe</code>
