HousingAnywhere sends payouts to advertisers 48 hours after the tenant's move-in date. It can take 3 to 5 days for the funds to show in your bank account.
In some cases, payouts get delayed.
Reasons for a delayed payout
No billing or payout information

Pending identity verification
To follow the latest European financial regulations, we have to verify your identity before sending you payouts. Read more about how and why we do this.
Tenant wants to cancel the booking
Our team is reviewing the cancellation request and will contact you soon.
Booking was confirmed too close to the move-in date
The payout date moves to 7 days after the booking confirmation to prevent fraud.
If you haven't received your payout and none of these reasons applies to you, contact us immediately.
