When listing your property on HousingAnywhere, you can choose between 2 options:
One listing for one property (Standard listing)
One listing with many identical units
One listing for one property (Standard listing)
Choose this at the following times:
You're renting out 1 property.
You're renting out several properties with unique characteristics, i.e., different rent, areas, and facilities. You will create a listing for each property.
One listing with many identical units
Choose this when renting out several properties with identical characteristics, i.e., identical rent, area, and facilities. Instead of creating several individual listings, you can create one listing, and when filling out the listing details, add many units to it.
Creating a listing
Follow these steps to create the right kind of listing for your needs:
E.g., You'd like to make a listing for 1 property.
Create a listing > Choose One property of this kind
Fill out the listing details
E,.g., You manage many properties in the same building, each with the same rent, area, and facilities.
Create a listing > Choose Many identical units of this kind
Add the Number of units
Fill out the listing details
Note: Identical Units is a 'Feature-by-request'. If you want to learn more about Identical Units and turn it on for your account, you can contact your Account Manager.
