How to cancel your booking
On the Conversations page, scroll down until you see the summary of the property on the right side. Click the button Cancel booking.
In the popup, you are asked to provide a reason for your cancelation. You can also upload any documents you want.
Click on Submit when you’re done.
What happens next?
You will get a confirmation email of your request. If we need more information, we'll get in touch.
You’ll be informed by email whether your request has been approved or declined.
