When you arrive at your accommodation on your move-in date, you have 48 hours to notify us if you have been lied to about the accommodation or if it is not as advertised. The 48 hours start at midnight on the date of your move-in.

Example: Your move-in date is 1 January 2023. You will have until 23:59 on 2 January 2023 to cancel your booking. After this time, the first month's rent will be sent to the landlord.
