Our users' security is our utmost concern. We run security checks using online resources and phone verification to ensure the landlord and their listing are legitimate. If you are suspicious of a listing (too cheap for the area, unrealistic photos for the rental price), report the landlord.

To report a landlord, follow these steps:

  • Go to the listing.

  • Click on the landlord's profile picture.

  • Click on Report this user under the landlord's profile picture.

  • Let us know why you are reporting them.

Our secure payment service ensures scammers never get paid. We safeguard the first month's rent until 48 hours after you move in. That gives you time to inspect the room and make sure it matches the listing.

For your safety, only make payments within the platform.
