We encourage landlords and tenants to complete the booking on our platform before arranging a viewing. It’s to ensure the privacy and safety of all users involved. Our Secure Booking System will not cover users who make a booking outside of HousingAnywhere, and we will not be able to provide refunds or support if something goes wrong.
