If you do not like the room you booked, you can ask the advertiser if they are willing to provide you with a different one. However, please keep in mind that not liking the room is not a valid reason for cancellation per our Terms and Conditions, so they are not obligated to.

However, if the room you are provided with is not the same as advertised, please cancel your booking within 48 hours of your move-in date in the system and your proof of moving in. To cancel your booking by doing the following:

  • Go into your messages, select ‘booked’ and find your booking.

  • Open the conversation and scroll down to see your booking on the right.

  • Then click ‘cancel or modify your booking’.

  • Select ‘Cancel booking’ and fill out and send the form that appears.

We will review your case, and you will receive a refund if we find that it is indeed not the same as advertised when you booked.
