How do I add or change my Billing Details?

My billing details changed. How can I update them?

For us to be able to send your tenant's first month's rent 48 hours after the move-in date registered on the platform, we will need both your Payout Preferences and Billing Details.

You can set them directly from your account on HousingAnywhere by following these steps:

  1. Log in on HousingAnywhere

  2. On the top right corner, you will find the drop-down menu

  3. Select Payout Settings.

  4. Select Payout methods.

  5. Verify your identity and enter your IBAN.

  6. Then select Billing Details on the left.

  7. Fill in your billing details

  8. For security reasons, you will receive a verification e-mail to confirm that you made these changes in your personal information. Please click on the link in the e-mail and follow the instructions. Your details will not be saved until you have completed this step. This step is not necessary for billing details.

Once you have verified the information, your payout preferences will be saved in the system. If you have an international bank account, please contact our support team, and we will be happy to guide you.
