No, advanced pricing will not change the commission or the payout amount. As usual, your commission will be taken from the first rent payout.

The first rent payout will always be the entire first month’s rent regardless of the tenant’s move-in date and the listing’s contract type.

Suppose the listing has a fortnightly or daily contract, and the tenant’s move-in date is not at the start of the month. In that case, the excess rent paid in the first month will be reduced from the next month's rent.
