The listing: The description, price, amenities, and policies written by the landlord.
The HousingAnywhere Help Center: For general questions about our platform, like how payments work.
The AI Guide cannot browse the internet, fabricate answers, or make promises that are not already included in the listing.
The most effective way to get accurate answers is to ask specific, factual questions.
How to contact the landlord
The AI Guide is a great starting point, but you can always message the landlord.
If the AI Guide can't answer your question, or if you simply prefer to message the landlord directly, you can click the "Ask the landlord" button. This will summarize your entire AI chat history for the landlord and start a new, formal conversation with them. This way, the landlord has all the context of what you've already asked, saving you from having to repeat yourself.
