HousingAnywhere is a platform that brings together advertisers and searchers of accommodation. We're not mediating between tenants and advertisers. This means that:

Once the booking is completed, you'll receive the email address and the advertiser's phone number with whom you can confirm the last details of the booking (time of your arrival and getting the keys).

HousingAnywhere will handle the first month's rental payment and transfer it to the advertiser 48 hours after you move in.

We're not responsible for the following:

  • The check-in at your new accommodation.

  • We won't take care of handing in the keys when you arrive at your new accommodation. In addition, if the other party says that they are not in the country after the booking and they will send you the keys, that is a strong indication that the counterpart could be a fraudster. Do not continue with the booking process in this case, and let us know.

  • The advertiser provides the contract after you've moved into your new home and not from HousingAnywhere. In some cases, they might send it via the messaging system of HousingAnywhere. It's the advertiser’s choice.

If you have any questions about your booking, feel free to get in touch.
