If the room that you booked is not as described in the listing (i.e. you booked a place with a double bed but arrive to find a single), please send an email to support@housinganywhere.com within 48 hours of your move-in date. Be sure to include any proof that you have about the accommodation being different from what was stated in the listing. We will then review your case, and if we find that the place is indeed not as advertised, you will receive a refund.
