If the room you booked is not as described in the listing (i.e. you booked a place with a double bed but arrived to find a single one), please email support@housinganywhere.com within 48 hours of your arrival move-in date.

Be sure to include any proof about the accommodation being different from what was stated in the listing. We will then review your case, and if we find that the place is indeed not as advertised, you will receive a refund.
