If the room you booked is not as described in the listing (i.e. you booked a place with a double bed but arrived to find a single one), you can cancel the booking within 48 hours of your arrival move-in date.
To cancel your booking by doing the following:
Go into your messages, select ‘booked’ and find your booking.
Open the conversation and scroll down to see your booking on the right.
Then click ‘cancel or modify your booking’.
Select ‘Cancel booking’ and fill out and send the form that appears.
Be sure to include any proof about the accommodation being different from what was stated in the listing. We will then review your case, and if we find that the place is indeed not as advertised, you will receive a refund.
