According to our policies, the tenants have 48 hours after the move-in date to see if the room is as described in the advertisement.
If everything is fine, HousingAnywhere will transfer the payment to you after these 48 hours. Due to bank processing times it might take 1-5 working days before the money is available in your account (EU bank transfer). For international money transfers this might take up to 10 working days.
Also please take into account the weekends. Banks (and financial institutions) worldwide often do not process transactions during weekends and national holidays.
Please note that this 48-hour policy also applies to other payments beyond the first month's rent. If you use our Online Rent Collection to send payment requests or payment plans to your tenant before the move-in date, then any payment the tenant completes will only be released to you 48-hours after they have moved in.
