As part of our booking system, HousingAnywhere collects the first month's rent and transfers it to you 48 hours after the tenant's move-in date (as recorded in our system).

You can also collect subsequent payments (such as the third month's rent, deposits and any extra fees) using the secure environment of HousingAnywhere. Read more about Payment Requests here.
